LAMON: the first Zero-Waste Filipinx Food + Wine Summit aims to highlight and celebrate our vibrant Filipino/a/x-American Community through food, heritage and culture.
One day, one deliciously vibrant Filipino/a/x-American community:
- An amazing lineup of Filipino/a/x-American leaders in agriculture & sustainability, food & wine, history & education, entrepreneurship and mental health.
- Filipinx chefs, musical performers, artists, food and wine vendors and local artisans
- Blind Tasting Contests and educational and sustainable workshops, and more!
General Admission includes access to the Grand PALENGKE, a day market of local bay area makers, purveyors, chefs, and of course, food vendors! In addition to our vibrant vendor market, there will be family-friendly, intergenerational activations, local artist performances, blind tasting contests, and an opportunity to create-your-own upcycled swag!
