TICKET POLICY: In a case where the original race date is forced to be postponed due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, Sixteens Race Promotions reserves the right to reschedule the race to another date. Your ticket will be honored at the rescheduled event. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: In a case where the original race date or rescheduled date is to be cancelled due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstance and no on track activity has occurred, you will be issued a refund by mailing back this portion of the ticket to the SRP offices.
