Enjoy a three course meal and seeing friends new and old! 6pm is the "doors open" time. Please do not enter the hall before 6pm. There is a large City of Ottawa lot across the street as well as pay and display on Preston Street and the lot at the corner of Louisa, and last we checked, parking is only $2 after 6pm. Please obey all parking restriction signage. We usually start the meal right at 6:30, please try to arrive no later than 6:25.

Food and attire! At this event the typical meal service is salad and/or soup, turkey, and chocolate cake with tea and coffee. Please directly inform your server if you require vegan, vegetarian, or other alternatives and substitutes. This is a casual dress event, but you are invited to dress in celebration of the season - however you might like to do so! In the past we've had interesting holiday sweaters, hats that light up, you name it!

Please note that our ticketing system (Ticket Tailor) does not collect your credit card information. They only collect the information required for issuing tickets. The credit card information entered at the end of the process is handled by Stripe which is the top standard in online payment processing. If you have used Stripe, PayPal, or any other payment systems for online transactions you may find that your web browser has retained your credit card information which is then auto-filled for you when you get to the checkout. Ticket Tailor does not access or retain your credit card information. Stripe processes your payment on their secure server but does not remember it for you - if your credit card information is auto-filled, it has been remembered by your web browser (you can change these settings on your own computer).
