Welcome back to London Legacy Monthly! We have all missed these events I'm sure and we're delighted to be able to get things up and running again. Please have a read of the info below.

To kick things off we will be running TWO events, one on Saturday 14th August and one on Sunday 15th August with reduced numbers (36 players each). This is to give players a good amount of playing space and have more air flowing in the venue due to covid concerns, while also allowing more of us playing again as we anticipate and hope there to be a lot of interest.

This ticket is for the SATURDAY event.

We will kick things off at 11am, please be on time!

We will be playing 6 rounds of swiss followed by a top 8 of single elimination. Prizes to be announced at a later date but we are non-profit meaning the money from ticket sales goes directly back into prizes, they'll be good!

As before proxies are allowed with no limit but they must be printed off nicely, we won't allow sharpied card backs.

We have kindly been offered the shop to play in free of charge by Rogues Quarter, so please be respectful of that by not bringing your own food and drinks into the shop. Nick offers a host of drinks, snacks and meals.

We run these events with a 'no nonsense REL'. What does that mean? For hopefully all of you it doesn't mean anything. We'll be operating off comp rel, so no takebacks once new information has been gained etc as usual. But we will not tolerate angle shooting. This is a nuanced topic and will be treating it on a case by case basis, let's just enjoy some chill legacy shall we?

Cancellations and refunds are accepted up until 24 hours before the event starts, please email us at londonlegacymonthly@gmail.com to process this.

Finally and very importantly, we will be requiring a negative lateral flow test from all participants. These are free from all pharmacies, as well as online here - https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests. We will not be allowing anybody to play without one of these so please make sure it’s done.

Additionally if you are feeling any covid symptoms please be responsible and do not come to the event, we will be offering on the day refunds if this is the case.
