Please Join us each month for a special 3 course prix fixe dinner paired with cocktails from our featured distiller along with a bit of education about the rums, their distillers, the history and the local culture.

This Months featured distiller is Cihuatan from El Salvador!  As a special addition, Cihuatan's Master Blender, Gabriela Ayala will be flying in from El Salvador for this event to present!

 Dinner will feature 

• Ensalada Tradicional - a traditional Salvadorian salad of Persian cucumbers, heirloom teardrop tomatoes, red cabbage, Lime vinaigrette
  
• Your choice of entrée; Guisado de Pollo (chicken), Guisado De Res (Beef) or Guisado De Hongos (Assorted Wild Mushrooms) - Guisado is a Salvadorian stew made with achiote, garlic, onions, peas, “Wiskel” (chayote squash), fingerling potatoes, tomatoes, oregano, baby carrots, stock, green lorocco rice                          
• For dessert frozen choco banana - Bananas soaked in Indigo Rum served with a  Salvadorian single origin chocolate and cacahuetes (peanuts)
  

You will receive a specialty cocktail crafted just for this event by our master bartender Dustin Rodriguez with each course as well as a tasting of each expression of the Cihuatan rum line
