Welcome to the Family,
I’m thrilled to have you here on this journey of health transformation and self-connection through the ancient wisdom of Kundalini yoga.
What is Kundalini yoga, you may ask? It is a powerful practice combining movement, breathwork, Mudra (hand gestures), and meditation to awaken the dormant energy within us and bring about profound physical, mental, and spiritual well-being shifts.
At our studio, I set our themes in accordance with the moon cycles and elements, allowing us to align with the natural rhythms of the universe. Each class allows you to dive deep into your practice, explore your inner landscape, and “just be.”
To enhance your experience, I encourage you to set an intention for each class. You can download a copy of my journal or use your preferred method to jot down your intentions before each session. This journaling practice will help you stay focused and connected throughout the class.
During our live classes, we will begin by tuning in, creating a sacred space, and setting the energetic tone for our practice. From there, we will move through a series of Kundalini yoga exercises, incorporating movement, breathwork, and Mudra. These practices are designed to activate and balance your energy centers, leaving you feeling revitalized and aligned.
I will conclude each class with a meditation, allowing you to integrate the benefits of the practice and find a sense of inner peace. Afterward, I encourage intuitive journaling, where you can reflect on your experience and insights gained during the session.

It’s important to remember that this is your practice, and you are encouraged to do what feels right for you. Listen to your body, honour your boundaries, and allow yourself to be nourished by the practice.
