My 8-year-old son and I are hugely excited to be hosting this magically creative kid's Yoga class designed to encourage movement, creativity, group support, and easy Breathwork to create focus and stillness of the body and mind.

Who is this class suitable for? 

Age 4-10

What do I need to bring? 

Kids need comfortable clothes so they can move with ease. Barefoot is encouraged. Spare yoga mats a blanket and water always come in handy.

Cost:  £5 per child
Duration: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Day: Friday starting Augusts 4th 2023
