Sleep Support
Six half hour sessions in July 2023: Sundays and Wednesdays.
To improve your sleep at night, it helps to practice sleep skills during the day. Each online session includes tips and mindful practices to support your sleep, and tools to try when you are overly awake in bed. Booking several sessions gives you support through time, and has a cumulative effect. You can try out different approaches, and establish new habits. Drawing on the support of the whole group, you can re-discover the pathways to refreshing sleep.
Please feel free to book as few or as many sessions as you wish.
