MoreVision’s MORESOUL is a mindful movement festival that rides on the calmness and consciousness of NeoSoul Music. A safe space designed to provoke connection and openness between people through art,conversation and movement.  on May 5th, we’ll host a party with three dance competitions (house, open styles, and breaking). Vendors, food and mental health resources will be on deck ! 

Our festival aims to promote mindful movement practices, offering a diverse range of workshops and activities designed to support individuals in enhancing their mental health, well-being and express their creativity.
