As we look towards the 2030s, the panel will delve into what consumers can expect from cosmetic products in terms of environmental claims and the growing need for reliable certifications. The panellists will also address the pressing issue of cosmetic packaging, envisioning how sustainable alternatives can shape the industry by 2040 with particular focus on the challenges posed by plastic waste. The talk will evolve around the overarching importance to fight greenwashing in the cosmetic sector, emphasising the role of reliable, verifiable and credible methods, like certification, to ensure genuine sustainability practices 💚🍃.
