New Norm Hospitality Forum 2026 : Hospitality Architecture & Design

The New Norm Hospitality Forum returns to Sofia for its 2026 edition, this time with a single focus: Architecture & Design as strategic forces in hospitality development.

Over two days at Hyatt Regency Sofia, 300+ senior professionals — architects, interior designers, hotel investors, developers, and operators — will work through the questions that define how hospitality spaces get conceived, built, and valued. Nine panels and three keynotes cover the full range: from concept development and F&B design to branded residences, wellness clubs, cultural heritage, and the procurement decisions that separate vision from execution.
