Join us for the 10th annual charity beer tasting hosted by South Metro Minneapolis Evenings & Edina Morningside Rotary Clubs in partnership with Edina Liquor! The event includes sampling craft beer, cider, and seltzers from local breweries, a silent auction including items from local businesses, games and food!  

Event Logistics

  • Parking is available at Centennial Lakes in any of the ramps.
  • Online ticket sales will close at 10 pm Thursday, but you can always buy tickets at the door
  • We can accept cash, check, or card payments
  • No need to print your ticket; we will check you in by name
  • At check-in, you will receive your souvenir tasting glass to be used throughout the event
  • We will have a bratwurst meal and vegetarian sliders available for everyone to eat as well as bottled water and snacks
  • Games will be sprinkled throughout the event and are cash only
    • You can use a card to purchase cash tokens at check-in
  • A selfie station will be available with props and a ring light. Share your selfie in real time!
  • Our silent auction is packed with TONS of great items to bid on - we will post sneak previews closer to the event!
    • Even if you can't attend in person, our silent auction will be available online

Past projects funded by the proceeds from this event include tie blankets for Sleep In Heavenly Peace, grants to support Oasis for Youth drop in center, sponsoring students for Camp Enterprise (a Rotary-led a three-day camp for high school juniors and seniors designed to introduce students to the free enterprise system and encourage entrepreneurship and ethical business practices), Ronald McDonald House meal sponsor, kits for those transitioning out of homelessness through Bridging MN, and creating a laptop lending program and life skills program for Friends of Ngong Road and the Ngong Road Children's Foundation in Nairobi Kenya, as well as supporting their student center with solar energy and a library.

This is a fun-filled night, requiring hard work and energy on the part of our members, and generous support from our sponsors and auction donors. We can all work together to create a wonderful evening featuring local breweries, good food, and a silent auction.

By purchasing a ticket for this event, you are authorizing South Metro Minneapolis Evenings & Edina Morningside Rotary Clubs to use your photo & likeness in any & all publication manners. Attendees must be 21 years of old or older and IDs will be verified at the door.

On-Site Event Precautions

The event will have both indoor and outdoor spaces to gather safely. Hand sanitizer will be provided at the event for use.
We ask that if you have been in contact with anyone with symptoms of COVID-19, or if you are having symptoms, that you do not attend the event.

Additional Steps You Can Take To Stay Safe

PPE for personal comfort (your own mask, gloves, etc.)
Take your temperature/check yourself for symptoms before attending the event
Allow 6 feet distance between groups/vendors when possible
