The Hospitality Playbook Podcast was launched in Nov 2023, the idea is simple - One episode, one tactic to improve your hospitality business. That's it, no fluff, no time wasting, just bitesize pieces of advice which you can use to improve your business. 

We've recorded over 30 episodes now and had thousands of listeners. And now we're doing it in person. So join us on 16th May for an afternoon of business building tips and advice. We'll be joined by three guest speakers. Each of whom will be interviewed for 15 minutes by Host of the podcast and Pilla Founder Liam Jones before we open it up to questions to the floor (so make sure you bring your own questions to be answered by our panel)
