An advanced 8-week course on the correct understanding of Islamic Aqeedah in Qadhaa' and Qadr, so, we can unlock our inner potential to accept Allah's Qadr with ease, and understand how human free will works within the context of Divine Will.

Purpose of the Course

To give students a solid grasp of the structure and dynamics Divine Decree (al-Qadar) that offers substantial spiritual and practical value.

Course Learning Objectives

Practical: Train you in the necessary tools to live in harmony with the Qadar. Some of the areas of focus include but are not limited to:

  • How to relate to your personal past and relate to it?
  • How to prepare for your future and who life planning works from a Qadar-based perspective?
  • How to uncover the meaning of your life and your place in this world?
  • How to understand adversity and challenges and how to respond to them?
  • How human free will functions within the context of the supreme divine will?
  • The dynamics of doing and trusting (Tawakkul).
  • The two aides of al-Qadar and how to be on the right side.

Intellectual

  • Understand the concepts of GOOD and EVIL and how they interplay in this world.
  • Comprehend the nature and typography of existence in terms of good and evil.
  • Make the connection between Allah’s names and the Qadar.
  • Understand the relationship between religious legislation, logical reasoning, and the Qadar. And uncover how they work in harmony and how to live life in harmony with them.

Faith-related:

  • Learn how to find peace with whatever happens and seek to strengthen eman all along.
  • Learn the dynamic relationship between someone’s eman and how their life unfolds.
  • How du’aa works with al-Qadar.

  1. Unit One: Definitions
  2. Unit Two: Foundational Facts and Principles
  3. Unit Three: Al-Qadar as a System, Design & Structure
  4. Unit Four: How to Deal with Al-Qadar (at 3 levels: heart, mind & actions)
  5. Unit Five: The Practical Dimensions of Understanding Al-Qadar; putting your life in divine order
  6. Unit Six: Al-Qadar and Spiritual Growth
  7. Unit Seven: Clearing Misconceptions about Al-Qadar & Answering Doubts
  8. Unit Eight: A Project or Paper

Our aim is to create a genuine communal learning experience. Our team will provide a common note sharing platform, an optional discussion forum and access to the recordings, bi idhnillah. Student will have the opportunity to submit their questions and depending on the sessions, we will facilitate group interactive group discussions.
