The 360 Movement lab invites you to step into the somatic landscape of The Dance to expand awareness, to hone presence, to become a whole united field unto yourself so that you move through the world with a sense of deep intrinsic knowing.

In The 360 Movement Lab as led by Amber Ryan, any of the maps within The 360 Emergence core curriculum might emerge. From physical embodiment, to emotional, from energetic practices to expanded Seership, The 360 aims to meet you and the collective right on the pulse and edge of your own learning. What you bring is where we go and grow. Together, we will dance to shed layers of life’s burden, we will practice the art of seeing and being seen, and weave our exploration and experience into an intentional sacred medicine dance,

During This Lab You Will:

-Dance

-Practice expanding your detailed awareness of the body as a compass

-Delve into the art and strength of seeing and being seen

- Carve out space for self nourishment and nourishment within the community.
