In this fun and interactive class, you will learn the fine art of making an epic charcuterie board that is easy enough to be done in your own kitchen! This is sure to impress at your next family gathering. Learn how to perfect prosciutto ribbons, salami roses, and learn tips and tricks on pairing your favorite cheeses with your favorite glass of wine.

Together with your local cheese queen, Chesley who is trained & certified, we will demystify the making of these highly sought-after charcuterie boards. Our Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating the process, of designing and of course, eating! We will also explore a few meat profiles and cheese variations to make your boards really stand out from the rest!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). Aside from your delicious creation, each kit comes with a few items for you to take home with you. Everyone will be given a stainless steel knife for keeps and a cutting mat.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Outside drinks are not allowed.
