Once you purchase your ticket, please go to the website to make your session choices. These will then be available in your SCBWI home member profile under events. (If you are not a member, you can create a free profile.)
You must be a full, paid-up PREMIUM SCBWI member to benefit from the discounted member rate.
CATERED BOOKINGS CLOSE by 3 November 2024 at 07:00 am GMT. Book by then to get the full networking over coffee or lunch experience. We have many agents, editors, publishers, ADs, authors and illustrators attending as well. Come prepared to chat! Bring your business cards.
Beyond this date, to 9 November 2024 at 7 am when tickets fully close, tickets will be issued as NON-CATERED tickets, as catering numbers/dietary requests will have already gone to the caterers. For NON-CATERED tickets, please bring your own drinks, snacks and lunch, including a pre-drinks snack (as canapes will not have been ordered for you). You will be welcome to 2 drinks at the evening party, however. There are cafes/coffee shops close-by to purchase food from. A small, appropriate reduction will be made to your ticket price to compensate for no catering.
