Picture Book Retreat 2025

COST OF THE RETREAT

SINGLE ROOM - £540 full price per person

(£200 deposit - balance of £340)

TWIN ROOM (SHARED BEDROOM) - £485 full price per person

(£175 deposit - balance of £310)

Retreat fees include accommodation and meals, plus a pre-assigned 15-minute 1-1 mentor session.

You must be a paying SCBWI member to attend this event.

Booking & Payment Options

When purchasing your tickets, you can choose to pay the full price upfront or just the deposit. Please note that the deposit amount is non-refundable in both cases. If you opt to pay only the deposit, you must complete the balance payment by 31st May 2025—otherwise, you may forfeit both your place and your deposit. Bank details will be provided in the confirmation email.

Ticket Form & Reservation

After selecting your ticket, you’ll be asked to fill in buyer details followed by attendee details. Don’t worry—your spot will remain secure while you complete the form. You’ll have up to 15 minutes to finish the process. Once your booking is confirmed, further details will be emailed to you.
