Mobility/Visually impaired seating: special seating arrangements will be made for attendees who require wheelchair access or other accommodations. These seats will be reserved and marked clearly for easy identification. If you have any special requirements please make us aware in advance.

Please note. Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled. If the event is postponed and rescheduled to a new date all tickets will be still valid.
- Admission seating: All attendees will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis in the seating areas.
- Assigned seating for groups: Attendees who have purchased tickets in groups of 5 or more will be assigned seats together, where possible.
- No saving seats: Attendees are not permitted to save seats for other guests who have not yet arrived. This is to ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all attendees.
- Late arrivals: Attendees who arrive after the event has started may be asked to wait until a suitable break in the proceedings before being seated, to avoid disruption to other attendees and the speakers.
- Children: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times at certain events and are required to have a ticket. Children who become disruptive during the event may be asked to leave the venue with their accompanying adult.
Parking:
Yes, there is no charge to park in car park. You also do not need to give your vehicle registration when parking.
All customers should be aware that all vehicles and contents are left at the owners own risk.
Customer car parking is available during opening hours, we kindly ask customers not to leave their vehicles on-site for multiple days although we understand you may need to leave a vehicle overnight for functions or events.
Vehicles left for multiple days will be recovered at the owners cost.
