United for Venezuela event

In the wake of the devastating earthquake that has impacted thousands of families across Venezuela, Miami's culinary community is coming together to support those who need it most.  Our belief is simple: food has the unique ability to bring people together, and when our industry unites around a common purpose, it can create meaningful impact.

For one evening, Miami's community of chefs and culinary professionals will gather at Casa Caracas to prepare a collection of dishes, accompanied by curated beverages, in an open format designed for guests to explore, share, and connect. Rather than a traditional seated dinner, attendees will move through the space, engaging directly with the chefs and discovering the different culinary proposals throughout the evening.

Admission to the event will be through a charitable donation, and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to World Central Kitchen, supporting their emergency response and feeding efforts in the communities affected by the earthquake in Venezuela.
We are honoured to launch our first fundraising event with these collaborating chefs and brands. Chefs and suppliers are donating all the ingredients for the dishes, together with all drink from these brands.
