Writing Your Resume for Federal Jobs (2/15/24)
U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Webinar
THIS IS A COST-FREE EVENT!
Preparing a résumé for Federal jobs is unlike creating one for jobs in the private and nonprofit sectors. To do so requires an understanding of the nuances of Federal hiring. We invite you to join a representative of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management to learn strategies on developing and writing a résumé when you apply for Federal jobs. By the end of this session, you will know the importance of the résumé in applying for Federal Jobs and why preparing a thorough résumé is the single best step you can take towards obtaining Federal Government employment; gain critical tips and guidelines for improving your résumé; and learn how to use the USAJOBS Résumé Builder to create a new résumé.
