Widows Sons Masonic Bikers Association National Rally 2024

The Annual Widows Sons Masonic Bikers Association Flagship Event returns in 2024 bigger than ever hosted by our WestCountry chapters Stonecutters, Pilgrims, Wyvern, Quarrymen and Brycgstow 

Location will be Newton Abbot Rugby Club in Devon - Real Ale and Cider will be on Tap from one of our 2 bars aswell as all the usuals. We have a number of catering Vans onsite all weekend aswell as Rally stalls 

Bands will fill the marquee Friday and Saturday night with our annual Rideout this time taking you across Dartmoor National Park Saturday morning and  Widows Sons Lodge Meeting held on the Saturday afternoon.we have a number of games planned so get your Tug’O’War teams ready 

make sure your bikes are nice and shiny as we are also hosting a bike Show with all winners receiving Trophies.

Limited edition 20th anniversary patches and T-shirts available . These will be pre order only (Designs are subject to change. Chapters formed in 2024 will be added to the final design)

This event is open to all WSMBA members supporters and invited guests only. 

- All children must be kept under control, any Over the Age of 16 require a full Adult Ticket

- NO DOGS ALLOWED ON SITE

- NO BBQS ALLOWED ON SITE (gas stoves permitted)

- THERE IS A HARD STANDING AREA FOR A NUMBER OF MOTORHOMES/ CARAVANS, DEPENDING ON TOTAL NUMBERS AWNINGS MAY BE RESTRICTED ON USE

- PLEASE INFORM THE RALLY COMMITTEE VIA EMAIL IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OR MOBILITY ISSUES (PRIORITY AREAS CAN BE PROVIDED CLOSER TO THE AMENITIES IF NEEDED)

- IT IS ADVISED THAT WHERE POSSIBLE ALL MEMBERS OF THE CHAPTER ARRIVE TOGETHER AS TENT AREA WILL BE PLACED IN ROWS WITH BIKES PARKED OPPOSITE.

- PLEASE CHECK PURCHASES BEFORE CONFIRMATION. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS EVENT ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. 



**Event Terms and Conditions: Widow's Sons MBA Exclusive Gathering**

This event is exclusively open to members of the Widow's Sons Masonic Bikers Association (MBA) and individuals who have received an official invitation. Non-members and non-invited individuals are not permitted to attend.

2. **Invited Guests:**
Invited guests must present a valid invitation at the event entrance for admission. Only individuals explicitly mentioned in the invitation are considered invited guests.

3. **Widow's Sons MBA Membership Verification:**
All attendees claiming membership in the Widow's Sons MBA may be required to provide proof of membership upon request. Attendees found to be falsely claiming membership will be denied entry.

4. **Non-Recognized Groups:**
This event is not open to non-recognized or unauthorized groups, organizations, or individuals. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the event will result in immediate removal.

5. **Event Conduct:**
All attendees are expected to adhere to respectful and courteous behavior throughout the event. Any disruptive behavior, harassment, or misconduct will lead to ejection from the premises.

6. **Event Management's Discretion:**
The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any individual who violates these terms and conditions or exhibits behavior deemed inappropriate.

7. **Security and Screening:**
For security reasons, all attendees may be subject to security screening at the entrance. Any attendee refusing to comply with the security screening will be denied entry.

8. **Photo and Video Consent:**
By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and documentation purposes.

9. **Liability Waiver:**
Attendees acknowledge and agree that they attend the event at their own risk. The event organizers, venue, and associated personnel shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

10. **Changes to Event Details:**
