Can I only sell my Products when I'm running an event?

No, thanks to our handy Store feature, you can sell your Products all-year-round, independently from your ticket sales.

Does it cost anything to sell Products?

Every Product sold costs 1 credit or your normal Pay as you go price. If your Products are free, so are we.

Can I manage my inventory on Ticket Tailor?

Yes, when you're uploading your products you can set your total quantity of products available to sell. You can also manually fulfil orders received outside of Ticket Tailor.

How do I fulfil Products?

You can fulfil them however you like, the instructions for redemption are totally customisable. We also offer you the ability to issue a QR code if you wish to scan the codes to redeem them, or with unique membership codes.
