Here at Answer Digital, we often shout #TheAnswerIsPeople, but in encouraging equal representation in a male-dominated industry, we wholeheartedly believe #TheAnswerIsWomen 📣 Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just interested in tech, join our community of women (and allies!) where together we can empower each other 💪

Our next event is on 19th September 2024! Held at our office in Leeds City Centre, doors will open at 5pm for a 5.30pm start.

What To Expect:

The session topic is "Breaking The Glass Ceiling” - we will explore the invisible barriers that exist for women and how to break through them to achieve success (whatever that looks like for you). Our hosts (Tessa, Luisa and Danielle) will be sharing their personal experiences, but we would also like to hear from you!

This event will be collaborative, with the following break out sessions:

– Identifying The Glass: How to spot invisible barriers
– Smashing The Glass: How to break through invisible barriers
– Recover From The Splinters: Self doubt, imposter syndrome and unconscious bias are all effects of the glass ceiling. How can we overcome these common challenges?

And of course, refreshments are included🥂🍕
