In occasion of the 7th BEPA General Assembly scheduled on 16 November, 2023, all BEPA Members are graciously invited to gather in Bordeaux, France and online for a decision-making hybrid gathering.

GALA DINNER:
The evening  before the General Assembly, BEPA members are invited to take part in a delicious French dinner on the seventh floor of La Cité du Vin, a cultural centre dedicated to the universal, living heritage of wine. Le 7 restaurant, will offers an unforgettable culinary experience, with seasonal products from the Nouvelle Aquitaine Region.

BEPA GENERAL ASSEMBLY:   
At the BEPA General Assembly, Members will be informed on the latest update of the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda and look forward to the Horizon Europe Work Programmes, starting with the one in 2025. Members will also be able to vote on officially inducing new members into the association, elect new board members and the workplan for 2024.
