Gluten free chilled umami noodle salad
Juicy shrimp with hella herbs
Garlicky Pernil-style roast pork shoulder + castelvetrano olive-scape tapenade
Summer bounty pickle platter
Seasonal slab pie for dessert!

Ticket purchase includes a welcome cocktail, the Catbird Last Word. Cash bar cocktail hour with Catskills Cocktail Club, 5pm. Dinner at the long table at 6. 

All are welcome! A portion of the night's proceeds will be donated to the Rondout Food Pantry.
