The Petriarchy® is a story about a Toy Poodle called, Teddy, who is struggling to find his purpose in life in a world designed for Labradors. The Petriarchy® introduces the social system of patriarchy to children aged 9-11.
“The standard dog is seen as a Golden Labrador, so everything is designed for them. Golden Labradors are the measure by which every other dog is compared. Even though the system was designed for Golden Labradors, they too suffer because of its invisible rules and harmful practices”.
