In this sacred space, you will be guided by Kaylo Practitioner Alex Bedoya – a Medicine Woman from Ecuador who has trained for over two decades with indigenous women in Ecuador, Mexico and Peru. Integrating ancestral healing, bioenergetic therapy, somatic practices and shamanism, her work will support you in clearing this stagnant energy, making room for your inner vitality to fill your body, mind and spirit.

The workshop involves:

• Untangling family dynamics
• Releasing mental, emotional and physical distress
• Healing the relationship with your parents by transforming the beliefs that prevent you from opening up to your life force
• Freeing yourself from limiting beliefs and finding your rightful place in the world   
• Sound healing with singer Farrah Al-jarrah to integrate the journey

Originally from Ecuador and deeply rooted in ancient shamanic practices, Alex's 25-year journey under the guidance of respected indigenous elders and medicine women from Mexico has shaped her distinctive approach to traditional teachings. Alex has also invested five intensive years mastering systemic constellation therapy and ancestral healing. From this diverse array of experiences, she created her own practice - "Be One Again" — an integration of somatic body therapy, shamanism, energy work, sacred rituals and coaching. Alex offers more than just techniques; she presents a journey back to yourself, a pathway to profound reconnection.

About Farrah Al-Jarrah:

Farrah is a Singer, a Sound Healer, and Defence Lawyer. Her passion is to inspire others to heal themselves and make change. Farrah qualified as a Gong Practitioner at the College of Sound Healing, where she remains a member. She uses the healing power of frequencies, whether through her voice or instruments, to heal and bring balance. Her love of nature and Sound led her to study Shamanism with various indigenous elders, who have educated and inspired her to work as a Sound Healer.
