Dinner Includes:

Hawaiian Salad - Mixed greens, honey-lime dressing, grilled pineapple, roasted sesame seeds, cilantro, roasted peanuts

Appetizer Options  - Esquite Vegano (Sweet corn, chives, cilantro, vegan mayo, powdered cayenne, lime juice, vegan cotija, onion powder, edible flower) or Shishito Peppers (fried, blistered shishitos, spicy mayo and house unagi)

Your selection of entrée (Choose your preferred entrée when checking out) - 

• • Surf & Turf - Rum marinated steak, buttery ginger garlic large prawns, blanched Korean spinach (Sigeumchi-namul), carrot ginger purée, scallions, chives, edible flower 
  • Black Cod - Miso ginger butter black cod, sautéed baby bok choy, color changing cauliflower purée, fried enoki mushrooms, cilantro, chives.
  • Tiki Alfredo (V/GF) - Pad Thai noodles, vegan Umami Alfredo (nutritional yeast, tamari, garlic, cashews, black garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, rosemary, sugar) porcini mushrooms, bean sprouts, green onions, thin sliced baby bok choy, peanuts, cilantro.

Desert Options -  Thai tea crème brulee or coconut pudding

Each diner will also receive a welcome Daquiri (Vaquiri?) as part of the dinner service

Choose your preferred arrival and seating time when checking out. First service starts at 5pm and last seating is at 9pm.
