April Foundations Class: Foundations Review

Description:

This month we will flip the script on our regular Foundations and Feature Class format. We’ll use our full event time to let students “choose their own adventure” and pick a few favorite topics from the Foundations classes we’ve covered at Rope Accord so far:

• Negotiations

• Safety

• Column ties (single, double)

• Reverse and forward tensions

• Rope handling

• Lower leg binder

• “Basic” chest harness

• Body handling and mechanics

Our fearless (and perhaps quite silly) board member, Linworth, will facilitate and go into as deep or shallow a dive into topics as attendees want, allowing for small groups and pairs to section off and then regroup so we can delve into content more fully.

Rope Accord events are 19+. You must provide valid ID and proof of Covid vaccination to enter. Ticket sales close 1 hour prior to doors opening for event.
