Festival Friend Pass holders will be able to attend up to 10 shows of their choice over the 10 days of the Festival, Friday 10 – Sunday 19 November 2023.

Passes are valid for EFG London Jazz Festival shows at the following venues: Barbican, Southbank Centre, Cadogan Hall, KOKO, Here at Outernet, Union Chapel and Earth. T&Cs apply.*

Choose your 10 shows after the full festival line-up has been revealed in September 2023 and you’ll get a best-priced ticket for each one. This highly-limited pass will secure your spot at all participating venues, even for sold out shows!

How it works:

1. Purchase your Festival Friend Pass
2. You’ll receive updates on the Festival programme throughout the year via email
3. We’ll contact you to confirm which shows you’d like to see after the full programme has been announced in mid-September, and allocate you best-priced tickets
4. You’ll receive confirmation of the shows you’ve chosen via email, with details of how to pick up your tickets

• Festival Friend Passes will be valid for EFG London Jazz Festival shows at the Barbican, Southbank Centre, Cadogan Hall, KOKO, Here at Outernet, Union Chapel and Earth. Any venues not in this list are not included due to limited capacity.
• Venues may have their own Terms & Conditions, which will apply when using a Festival Friend Pass to attend an event at these venues. Venue Terms & Conditions will apply in addition to the Festival Friend Pass Terms & Conditions.
• Festival Friend Passes cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged after purchase.
• Purchasers must be aged 18 or above, due to venue age restrictions. If you attend a show where age restrictions apply, you must be able to provide photographic proof of identity.
• Festival Friend Passes may not be used for promotions, competitions, sweepstakes or for other commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Serious Events Ltd.
• Purchasing a Festival Friend Pass will allow you access to the venue. However, access to any designated area/s within a venue is subject to capacity constraints and there is no guarantee you will be able to access a specific area within a venue.
