• There are no refunds allowed on ticket purchases, but you can exchange your tickets up to 48 hours in advance of your performance. In all situations, if you have a problem or a conflict with your tickets, please contact website@taiwanfilmfest.org. We will be happy to discuss all options that are available to you.

• Tax and processing fees are included in the pricing. 

• Please note that to participate in the physical event, all the participants should be fully vaccinated (except kids younger than 12). 

• Please arrive 30 minutes early to complete check-in.
