The Flock Descending is the debut concert of an exciting new composer-performer collective based in Manchester, in which everyone creates and performs music together. Their unique artistic vision, placing more focus on process than result, enables music makers to tailor their work to the performers, creating a musical voice that belongs to both the composer and the collective.

This concert will feature a wide range of music, from solo instrumental to vocal music and electroacoustic music...and more!

Founded by musicians with Hong Kong roots, the ensemble also aims to make art that crosses cultural boundaries and amplifies the voices of the diaspora in the region.
