At 10:00 AM we will start the day by hearing from our keynote speakers
Caroline Collier, CEO of Inclusion Barnet will welcome everyone to the conference on behalf of Barnet Together.
Kamran Mallick, CEO of Disability Rights UK
Jose Acuyo, the Head of Population Health Commissioning who will be discussing Public Health's Population Health Strategy.

From 11:40 AM you can move into one of the mornings breakout sessions. Sessions include:

- Workshop 2 - The Barnet Upshot Project - Unlock the untapped potential of Upshot and revolutionise the way you measure your impact. Join us for an immersive workshop introducing you to the system and our exclusive offer to gain FREE access to the tool, including setup, training and support. There will be a break for lunch alongside a performance from Angie's Keep Calm and Sing Group.
14:00 - 15:00 PM
From 14:00 PM you will move into one of the afternoon breakout sessions. Sessions include:
- Workshop 3 - Equalities, Championing for change in Barnet - This workshop aims to foster a dialogue on inequalities, focusing on the experiences of Somali communities, refugees, asylum seekers, and young Black men. The discussion will centre on identifying challenges, presenting shared perspectives, and exploring the role of charities and community groups in addressing these issues. Participants will collectively envision a more equitable future and outline actionable steps for positive change. And importantly how do we speak as one voice – being the champions for change!
- Workshop 4 - LBB, Using the Barnet census data to combat inequalities in our society - Join us for an engaging and insightful workshop on harnessing the power of census data to combat inequalities in our society. In an era where inequities persist, it is vital to leverage the wealth of information provided by census data to understand, address, and ultimately eradicate disparities. This workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn from Barnet data experts who will guide you through the intricacies of census data analysis and its potential to drive positive change.

Who can attend?
This conference is FREE to Voluntary, Community, Faith or Social Enterprise (VCFSE) Organisations who are Members of either Young Barnet Foundation or Inclusion Barnet’s newly-launched Community Organisation Support membership. If you are a VCFSE organisation working within the sector in Barnet you should be eligible for either or both memberships. They are both FREE to join.
