We are putting together a Z3Q's SPEEDQUIZZING 4 AUTISM FUNDRAISING WEEKENDER to raise funds for SEND Socials Birmingham and raise Autism Awareness.

Zen 3 Quizzing are thrilled to be organising and working with other great Speedquizzing hosts to bring to you a weekend of quizzing and fun to raise funds for a fantastic course and one that is very close to our hearts here at Zen 3 Quizzing.

Our Quiz Writer's son Leighton is 8 on the 12th December. He is non verbal autistic with severe learning difficulties. He is a joy to have in our lives and it is important to Advocate for Autism Awareness. We wanted to mark the occasion of his birthday by helping advocate Autism Awareness and raise funds for organisations who help him to be able to enjoy aspects of life that would otherwise be impossible to take part it.

SEND Socials Birmingham provide social opportunities, activities and events for families of children with additional needs to participate in. They offer activities on evenings, weekends and during the school holidays for all the family. This allows relationships to be built between siblings who understand, parents and carers as well as the young people with needs.

Without organisations such as SEND Socials children like Leighton would find it near impossible to participate in days out such as a trip to the zoo or visiting Father Christmas. Leighton's sensory issues means he finds busy and noisy environments a struggle to cope with. SEND Socials organise events that are autism friendly and give children with additional needs the chance to enjoy activities that we so often take for granted. We want to thank SEND Socials for their fantastic work and also raise funds to help them continue to provide support to families with children on the spectrum like Leighton.

Our first charity event of the Big Charity Speedquizzing Weekender will be:

ExQUIZit! - The Quiz Show is a project our quiz creator has been working on over the last few weeks. Bringing to you Online Quizzing with a Game Show Feel. The Quiz will combine General Knowledge and Entertainment Trivia with a mixture of rounds created to bring a Fun Environment.

JUKEBOX JAMBOREE: Moosic Quiz - Our spin on a music quiz returns with a very Special night of all your favourite music in some new rounds we are very excited about; including our faves 'Link It!-Moosic Mayhem', 'The Usual Moosical Suspects' and also featuring our newest music round...Singing Silhouettes !

The rest of our weekend of quizzes schedule is as follows:

Saturday 10th December  -  Saturday Night At The Movies Vs As Seen On TV Quiz   8.30pm

Sunday 11th December -   The Big Fat Quiz For The Family  6pm

                                                   'I Don't Give A L.A.M.B.s' - Logos, Adverts, Mascots, Brands and Slogans Quiz  8.30pm

Entry to the quizzes is donation based. All proceeds will go to SEND Socials Birmingham. We ask because it is a charity event that a donation is made per quiz entry; each event is ticketed now for you to purchase the ones you wish to play :-)

We hope you can join us in our bid to raise money for a great cause and also raise autism awareness. If you are unable to attend the event but wish to make a donation you can still purchase a ticket. We appreciate your continued support and custom and we hope to make this Charity Weekender as fun and enjoyable as possible to thank you.
