It’s even easier to create more orders

We’ve released an update to our ‘Orders’ page, so that you can add a new order for an existing ticket buyer more quickly. 

This will help you sell more tickets in less time. 

You can now create a new order from an existing customer order directly from the ‘Orders’ overview. A quick click of a button will take you to the checkout page, where you will find their new checkout form auto-filled with the information from their previous order. 

It’s useful to be able to create orders quickly for: 

• Repeat ticket buyers who book over the phone. 
• Ticket buyers who want to switch dates. 
• Ticket buyers who want to buy tickets in person, at your event. 

We hope that this update makes selling tickets even easier!
